Coburg North. A small extension on a difficult site.

Sandwiched between an existing garage and a 1960s home on a pizza-shaped block, the constraints were real. We didn't design around them. We designed with them.

Thermally modified pine. Charcoal ceramic. Heritage brick. Three materials chosen for how they weather, shadow and age, playing off each other to create intrigue and pull the eye to the street.
